This offer is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas without regard to its conflict of law doctrines. By submitting your rebate, you agree that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected to this offer in any way shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a state trial court located in Johnson County, Kansas or the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, located in Wyandotte County, Kansas.
